GRADUATE & EMERGING TALENT

The Graduate & New Leader four day residential programme is aimed at improving self-awareness and awareness of others. The programme explores some practical tools and theories that help develop professional conversations and feedback appropriate for the commercial workplace. The theory is combined with a series of exercises and activities in the great outdoors which provide a dynamic and unique opportunity to practice and reflect away from the normal work place.During the programme the participants go through a series of exercises which use their own experiences and real life examples to share and learn from.The programme consists of three complimentary strands of learning: Awareness, Responsible Behaviour and Change.
